The living room is a blend of classic, mid-century and modern furniture. It’s all contained in the 1929 structural home which still features the original picture moulding.
This updated dining room features exposed original brick from the living room fireplace. The original chandelier was refurbished and placed back in its original place. A screen porch was added where two windows were previously.
There’s nothing better than in-kitchen dining. The detached island allows the dining table to be opened into the kitchen for entertaining guests.
While they received all new cabinets and appliances, the island was thrifted in Franklin, NC. It adds warmth to the teal cabinets and tin backsplash and provides function and flexibility for the kitchen and dining room.
Customizable vinyl rugs are a way to add character to any room. They’re easy to clean, high traffic, and pet friendly.
Tin tiles are a great way to add an updated look with a vintage feel at a reasonable price point.

The client wanted a tub in the less than 60 square foot bathroom. The Japanese soaking tub fit the bill. The bathroom included both shower and tub.
