Q: Where are you located?

A: ReFramed Living is not a brick and mortar store, so we come to you in Asheville, Burnsville, and surrounding areas.

Q: Do I have to take off work in order to work with an interior decorator?

A: No, we are available after working hours and on weekends.

Q: How does Decorating Den Interiors work?

A: At ReFramed Living, we provide consultations, space planning or full service design. We will meet with you in your home, create a plan for your space and once approved by you, we’ll manage your project from start to finish. We’re also able to provide you with a plan that you can fulfill on your own, please see our How We Work Page.

Q: How do I determine a budget for my project?

A: Based on your desires, ReFramed Living will estimate a budget with a low, medium and high range. You’ll be able to choose within that range or prioritize your needs based on your current ability to spend.  Check out our Cost of Design Services Page for more information.

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum project size?

A: No project is too big or too small.

Q: Will you work with my existing pieces/furnishings that are in the room?

A: Yes. We can help you design your home with your existing furniture and make suggestions for future needs to fill any gaps or enhance your style.

Q: Do you shop with me in other stores?

A: Yes. We can shop with you at local stores, and even galleries to help you achieve the look you want.

Q: What’s the timeframe to get everything in?

A: Custom windows treatments can be ready in as little as 10 days while large custom pieces may take up to 12 weeks.

Q: Is it returnable?

A: It depends. Custom pieces are generally not returnable, but retail pieces may often be. We’ll work with you to limit the need for any returns.

Q: Can I get a plan and shop retail?

A: Yes. ReFramed Living offers consultations to assist you while you shop and can also provide you with custom space planning to ensure you make the right choices to fit your space.
